We loved finding out about all the brilliant dance work going on is school and were blown away by all your support for the Christmas Art competition so we thought we would organise a new competition. It was decided during this weeks meeting that we would like to run a whole school poetry competition for you to have a go at over the Easter holidays. Huge thanks to everyone for updating us with even more exciting dance activities this half term. We found out KS1 classes have been learning traditional dances from around the UK. Lower KS2 have been developing dance sequences in PE looking at different shapes and balances. Upper Key Stage 2 have been working on dances to modern songs - some children have asked to show their finished pieces in assembly - we can't wait. FS pupils have been enjoying dance as part of their Chinese New Year Celebrations. Amazing stuff Team Park Street!
