In the Spring Term, we are planning on developing simple word processing and programming skills.

Linking with our topic of the Great Fire of London, we will work to produce a newspaper using Microsoft Word to publish our final drafts. The children will be developing their typing skills and exploring how to change font style, size and colour. They will also be inserting pictures using cut and paste tools.
 
Later in the term, we will be exploring computer programming on a basic level using online games and the beebots. The children will be asked to programme their beebot to escape from the fire using floor maps.

Team LG have been fab citizens today, ensuring patrol crossings are programmed correctly for the safety of other school children.
