This week we used Chrome Music Lab to continue to explore digital music. We began by recapping what we had looked at so far, including pitch and duration of digital music and how we can create this. We then used the song maker application to create patterns using the rectangles to create a musical song. The pattern initially had to be composed of only 3 colours before adding or removing notes. We also tried different instruments for effect to see how they sounded. We also explored adjusting the tempo to see how the speed the notes played would alter the song.
