Making Bird Feeders!

Today the KS1 Eco Reps had a go at making birdfeeders! We used lard and mixed bird seed with it then added it to yoghurt pots. We talked about how the recent snowy and icy weather had made it difficult for the birds to feed and how important it is to help them during the winter.

We will place the bird feeders in the nature area so we can complete our Big School's Birdwatch tomorrow.
