Team JF

This half term Team JF have started their new unit of significant people in the past. They carried out their pre unit assessment focusing on Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole. From this they started exploring timelines. They looked at what a timeline is, why they are important and how to read dates. They also looked at their own timelines with a focus on significant events such as learning to walk, first words, first day at school etc. The children loved this!

​Next they will start exploring Florence Nightingale with a focus on who she is and why she is important to our history.
