In Maths, Reception have been practising subitising amounts to 4 and beginning to explore the composition of numbers.
Year 1 started our unit on counting within 100. This week, our focus has been on counting forwards and backwards within 10. We have also looked at 1:1 correspondence and the cardinal principle. In our Mastering Number sessions, we have been exploring the composition of 5.
