Attack and defend in Team CH

Today in PE, Team CH focused on the skills of attacking and defending in a game. Their main objectives were to understand the roles of both attackers and defenders, and learn how to create and deny space on the field. Through a series of activities, they practiced dodging to create space and marking opponents to limit their movement, improving both our offensive and defensive strategies.
Team CH used a variety of equipment like cones, rugby balls, tag rugby belts, and large balls to make the games more dynamic and fun. The pupils demonstrated great effort in understanding the importance of possession, dodging, and marking, which will help in future games.
It was a great session where everyone showed improvement in their teamwork and tactical skills!
