Demonstrating attacking skills in Team EO

Today Team EO learnt to demonstrate basic attacking skills. 

Team EO started their PE lesson with a warm-up game which was called "Animals" and on Miss Palmers command they had to move around in follwoing ways:

• Snakes – Move quietly on tiptoes.
• Lions – Run away! (safely).
• Monkeys – Sidesteps swinging arms.
• Kangaroo – Two footed jumps.
• Elephant – Moving around with large steps.

Their next activity was square-passing. The pupils were divided up into groups of 4 - 3 of them stood on the outside of the square and one of them inside as the defender . The children on the outside (the attackers) had to pass the ball to each other aiming to avoid the defender getting the ball. If the defender got the ball the person who passed it would become the defender and the current defender would become the attacker!

To cool down, Team EO played shoot. The children were divided into two teams they had to throw the ball to our partner positioned opposite us, they had to shoot into the net to score a point and then give the ball back to us so we could score a point! The orange team was the winning team!
