Feel Good Friday in Team CW

We FINALLY had a sunny day so Team CW could get back out on the field and do some exercise. Before the holidays they ran one lap of the field and have been waiting to get back out there and do two laps!

The day finally came and they rose to the challenge! They talked about facing a challenge and how they can approach it in different ways. They discussed that a challenge for them may be too tricky or too easy for others so everyone can achieve the goal at their own pace. They either walked, jogged or ran to complete our first lap of the field and some of us did a mixture of all three. Then they sat down and felt our heart beat and talked about the effects that the exercise had had on our bodies.

They were raring to go for our second lap and we completed that too! What an achievement! Next time we will aim to complete two laps again, and if some of the Rainbows would like an further challenge they can aim for three laps.
