Today for Feel Good Friday the Rainbows did some Yoga. They know that Yoga keeps both our mind and body healthy. Today was the first time the Rainbows followed a story for Yoga rather than take part in the speedy super yoga activities. They stretched, balanced and moved in different ways to help improve their strength, balance and flexibility while following the story!
