Since returning from the Christmas break Team LL and Team AF have completed a range of activities. We have enjoyed our weekly Incredible Us session. We have also completed some important lessons around the importance of staying safe online. We have explored issues around peer pressure and the importance of a positive body image.

To kick start the Spring term Park Street has had a whole school focus on mindfulness. Each class has been taking park in a daily activity to promote wellbeing through mindfulness. To help with this we have used the mindful monsters to provide a different daily theme: concentration, relaxation, positivity, creativity. These Mindful monsters are from Scope and if you visit their website you will find more information about how they as a charity support wellbeing. . |
