Being ourselves- Learning through stories

This week we  listened to I Am Enough by Grace Byers and A Little Light by Andrew Newman. We know we are all different, and that some things are tricky and take a long time to learn. We know that we are enough, even if we become upset if we can't do things the first time. We imagined we have a little light inside our tummy that helps us to shine bright and be our self and be happy. Sometimes that light needs some help to shine bright so we practised some breathing exercises to help reset our mind.
