Mindfulness

To kick start the Spring term Park Street has had a whole school focus on mindfulness.
Each class has been taking park in a daily activity to promote wellbeing through mindfulness.
To help with this we have used the mindful monsters to provide a different daily theme: concentration, relaxation, positivity, creativity.

These Mindful monsters are from Scope and if you visit their website you will find more information about how they as a charity support wellbeing.
