Self awareness in Team CB

​In our One Life session this week we continued with our theme of Self Awareness and 'knowing ourselves, to grow ourselves'. We reviewed the story from last week 'Your Mind is like the Sky' before discussing how we all have an inner cheerleader who provides positivity and self belief and an inner critic who can aim to deceive us about ourselves. We spent time knowing them. naming them and drawing them so that in future when we watch our thoughts we can consider which type of thought it is and whether to pay attention to it or not.
