Mental Wellbeing week

Next week school are having a mental wellbeing week.
There are a weeks activities from Scope to help children with strategies to help their mental wellbeing. They are on the themes of:

 Scope also provide Mindful monster activity packs that you can use at home to benefit the whole family.

At the end of our week of mindfulness we ask that children come to school in non-uniform wearing bright clothes ready to celebrate with their class and bring a £1 donation for the Scope charity.
