Elevenses - The World of David Walliams

David Walliams is a much loved author amongst children at Wombwell Park Street. The children love the humour within his books and unique way in which he tells his stories. Over the course of home learning, he has provided Elevenses which has given our children the chance to listen to some of his funniest stories from home.
This serves as an excellent addition to home learning as our students can experience listening to others read the story; providing chance for modelling of intonation and expression, as well as allowing them to further focus on comprehending the direction of the story and the plot.
