Team CB Blog
The beautiful thing about learning is that it has no parameters. Everyone can teach someone something they did not know.
As we end the final day of term celebrating all our hard work, I sit and reflect on the progress that the class has already made in such a short space of time.
Over this term, we shown our resilience at approaching new challenges head on and with determination in our bellies. We have developed our awareness of key skills in Reading, Writing and Maths and have proven time and time again that we are always aiming to succeed.
As we move into Term 2, our curriculum shifts and we will be looking more closely at history, in particular the Anglo Saxon and Viking invasions. We will begin an exciting new computing project after the success of programming our interactive quizzes. During the next term, we will explore editing text and photos through a photo story pack and then progress into our E-safety unit. Our Science curriculum is also updated as we move away from 'States of Matter' and 'Electricity' and begin to look more closely at 'Variation and Classification' and 'Food Chains'.
With that, I would like to sign off by saying what a wonderful term it has been in Team CB. I hope everyone has a lovely break and I look forward to seeing eager faces ready to learn in the new year!
