I am understanding

 This week Team CH have been working towards being able to name and recognise different feelings. First, we observed a variety of pictures displaying a range of emotions and focused on answering questions such as, “how is this person feeling?” “How do you know they are feeling this way?” and “What makes you feel this way?”. Next we tried matching a person to the correct emotion and discussed why we thought they were angry, sad or happy. Finally we drew faces to display a wide range of emotions. 
 
We also talked about ways we could change our emotions, if we were feeling angry or sad about something.
