The children have worked in pairs today, to develop their knowledge further about the Stone Age. The focus today has been on what the Stone Age homes (dwellings) were like compared to how we live today. The children used different sources of information to carry out their research in order for them to identify any similarities and differences.
The children have been learning about money and how to convert pence into pounds when they cross the boundary 100. They are becoming more confident with noticing number facts, patterns and links between calculations. Below you will see how a child has chosen to show three different ways of making the £1 with just silver coins.
