Evening, as I have the One World: Together at home in the background I am just updating you all with additional support with your learning at home. I hope that you all are well and have enjoyed the amazing weather during the challenges we face. Below are some fantastic resources to keep you busy with your home learning. I am posting this now as I am in school tomorrow so I hope you find all the resources below beneficial.
Maths continues with fractions, starting with fractions on a number line. You will find it is week 2 There is a day by day PowerPoint with activities linked to each one.
Literacy is focusing on the features of a diary. Again there is a day by day activities linked to this genre.
Spelling: Please continue to practise your spellings. You can find a spelling game on the Topmarks website. Just select the year group Year 3 and 4. Don't forget to keep practising the previous year group spellings so that you are embedding the correct spelling pattern into your long term memory. You could also create some silly mnemonics to remember those trickier words. For example, because- big elephants can add up sums easily.
Science: Why don't you try the following experiment to grow your own rainbow at home. I hope you have fun.
Stay safe and missing you all.
