Team AF and Team LL have been working incredibly hard in their most recent design and technology project; investigating, designing, making and evaluating disaster warning systems on a small scale. The purpose of this project was to create an early warning system to alert people to an earthquake. Each project had to include a circuit, the use of a switch and be able to be used in a house. Year 6 researched what type of disasters these systems could be used for in real-life situations and how they could make the most effective, successful warning equipment. Here are some of the designs! A massive well done, Year 6!
