Autumn Project - European Landmarks (Year 4, 4/5 and 5)

Team JD, DB and HG have all been working on creating detailed, appealing European Landmarks in their most recent Art topic.

Once pupils had created these, alongside their research into key European landmarks, they constructed a simple circuit containing wires, batteries, switches and bulbs.

The purpose of this project was to learn how to create a simple circuit to provide a light source for the landmark they had chosen.

The final products that the children created were amazing and fit-for-purpose, as you can see below! The landmarks ranged from close-to-home such as Big Ben, all the way to The Parthenon in Greece!
