Me and My Family!

This week our learning has been focussed around “My Family”. Our book of the week has been “Goldilocks and the Three Bears”. The children have enjoyed using puppets of Goldilocks and the Three Bears to retell the story alongside props such small, medium-sized and big spoons and bowls. The children have been trying to carefully draw pictures of their families and have then been exploring mixing the powder paints to mix the colours that they need! Children have had the opportunity to draw a person who is special about them and write why they are special.

In our funky finger area, children have been trying to thread spaghetti through the small holes in the colander - it was very tricky as the spaghetti kept snapping!
