Arctic - WC 14th March

This week our learning has been all about the 'Arctic'. We have had lots of fun learning about the different Arctic animals. The children have been very creative making their own igloos using our junk modelling resources and have painted arctic landscapes using watercolour paints!

In the water tray, we have had ice and the children have worked together to find out how best to melt the ice. Children used pipettes to squeeze warmer water onto the ice and learnt that this helped to melt the ice. We thoroughly enjoyed having ice in the water tray!
