THE LEGENDARY LEARNERS
This week Team LL have been working incredibly hard during our assessment week. Year 6 have created amazing SPaG posters in an attempt to remember all of that tricky grammar vocabulary and punctuation. In maths we have been getting stuck into comparing and ordering fractions. We can also now simplify fractions in order to give them in their simplest form. We can find lowest common multiples and highest common factors...IT'S HARD WORK BEING A YEAR 6 THESE DAYS!
Our Extreme Earth models are almost complete, after our next art lesson we will look forward to putting them out on display for everyone to see.

Fantastic to have Team LL back in school after a much needed half term break. We have hit the ground running with research on the infamous Guy Fawkes. Children are in the process of exploring biography writing. They have been reading a range of biographies and identifying key text features. This will help when they write their own. We have been learning about fractions in maths. This week we have been simplifying fractions and adding fractions to a number line. Some pupils have made fabulous progress with their long multiplication.
