Baking Day!

For our baking activity this week, we made raspberry and white chocolate muffins. There was lots of learning opportunities for the children! Firstly, they had to carefully weigh and mix all the ingredients. This involved melting the butter, pouring in the milk, cracking the eggs and stirring in the other ingredients. The children talked about the changes they noticed to the ingredients as they worked. Finally the mixture was added to the bun cases before being cooked in the oven. I hope they tasted as good as they looked and smelt!
