Off We Go!

Welcome back to the final part of the Summer term in nursery- this year is certainly flying by!
This half term our new exciting theme for learning is "Off We Go!" and within this we will be learning about travelling, different vehicles and different places. 
We have begun this week by sharing the book "We all Go Travelling By" and also singing the song version. This book has a wonderful repetitive, rhythmic structure which is perfect for encouraging children to join in and develop their early reading skills. 




​In our provision this week the children have the opportunity to explore different vehicle jigsaws and puzzles, print vehicles using shaped sponges and paint, make vehicles using different construction kits. explore different vehicles in our small world area and role play travelling on different vehicles outside.
