Park Street’s Gallery of Art
We (children on the Arts council) have noticed that lots of children enjoy painting, drawing, model making and craft at home. We think it would be great if we have a weekly theme for children who enjoy being creative to have a go at. Basically pupils and staff are welcome to have a go at creating a piece of art work based on a weekly theme. If any master pieces can be handed in to the Arts Council we will put all the homework on display to form a gallery in the hall. Here are the themes for next half term. The idea is children have a week to work on a piece of art based on the theme and it will go on display the week after. Children will need to add their name and class to the back of their work. Grownups are more than welcome to join in! Themes to base your art work on Theme for week 1 Autumn or season pictures.
