Pattern Seeking in SG

This week we have been planning our own investigation linked to our science learning about light and shadows. We have also been working on this half term’s science enquiry PATTERN SEEKING.
The children worked in groups to generate an investigation question linked to shadows and how they are formed. We decided on the equipment we would use. We also chose appropriate methods to measure the shadows, which involved drawing around the shadows and measuring them. We collected our measurements and looked for patterns to help us draw conclusions.
