Today was the first history ambassadors meeting and it was lovely to meet together! All four ambassadors are keen to promote history through school and share their passion for the subject. Our plan for the next few weeks is to collect the pupil voice questionnaires and find out what Park Street children think about history. We will feed this back to teachers and make a plan depending on what the children say. The ambassadors are keen to support younger children with their learning and are looking forward to our our school history dress up day for significant individuals from the past. The ambassadors would like to get involved teaching KS1 classes about their character and will visit the classes to teach them about them and answer their questions. Below are questions answered by the ambassadors, and you can see what a fantastic asset they are to our school. Next week the children will be receiving their badges in assembly!
