Team CH - Jobs in 1666.

​This week Team CH have been learning about some of the different jobs that people had in 1666.  They had the opportunity to talk about each job and time to think about if it is or was a job they would like to have. 

Jobs in  the 17th century they learnt about included;
Chimney sweeps 
Blacksmiths
Rat catchers
Gong farmers (one of the smelliest jobs!)
Musicians
Cooks

Some of the children were a little upset to learn that they couldn’t be fire fighters as there was no organised fire brigade in 1666! ​
