We have had a wonderful week in school this last week, all of us having fun together.  This next week is anti-bullying week in school and we celebrate this by:
Tuesday - odd socks day
Wednesday - Positive Noticing Day
Friday - children in need (non-uniform - no charge, just awareness raising)

Keep working hard with your attendance Park Street, let's not let this skip!

Dates for autumn 2 will be out at the beginning of this week, with all Christmas related activities detailed.

Well done Park Streeters, another action packed week!  The children are really enjoying their summer term experiences, whether it be trips or visitors, or fundraiing opportunities!  Enjoy reading!

Thank you Park Street for another awesome week in school!  Despite the weather heating up now, our Park Street children are still working hard, still achieveing well and enjoying their success - enjoy reading!

We have had a great first week back this week!  The children have been eager to learn and we have had some exciting opportunities for the children!

We enjoyed welcoming children and parents to our second 150 Starbooks Award afternoon, where the children enjoyed crafts and reading opportunities.  our three Y4 and Y5 Teams have also enjoyed a wonderful trip to the YWP in Doncaster!  There were some tired Park Streeters on Friday evening when they returned!

A BIG well done to the following teams for their strong attendance this week:

We have had another good week in school this week.  My highlight this week was joining Early Years in their Lion's Learner experience.  They loved meeting and greeting all of the animals which the encounter brought in to school!  Seeing the happy, curious...sometimes nervous smiles on their faces was a pleasure.  Such brave Park Streeters we have to be holding snakes and BIG spiders!

I wanted to also send a BIG good luck wish to our Year 6 classes for this next week, when they sit their end of key stage 2 tests.  Good luck - just do your best and make yourselves proud!

Wow this half term is going so quickly at WPSPS!  It is such a busy time of year with LOTS going on!  I hope you enjoy reading about all of our events in school and the fun we have had as a TEAM altogether!
