Salvation Army

Mrs Hitchens has asked me to pass on a message about how the Salvation Army are going to be supporting families of Park Street. Their support includes the storage of school uniform and a swap shop. Here are a few details passed on from Mrs Hitchens:

• The swap shop will take place every Tuesday afternoon in the Salvation Army Building.
• This will be from 1.30-3.00pm
• We are welcoming in parents as they make there way to pick up children from school. They will be welcome to have a look through our school uniform and if they feel they could use the items they are welcome to take them.
• Even though this is called a Uniform Swap Shop, and parents are welcome to pass on clean and nearly new uniform, it’s also for parents to just take items too.
• We are hoping to have some winter coats ands a small selection of shoes.
• It will be lovely if some parents could call in and wish us well on our new venture to support our families and work alongside our community.
• Opening day is November 1st 2022.​
