Autumn 1 in Team CM

​This term we have had lots of opportunities to develop our gross and fine motor skills which are essential for writing. We have loved our ribbon dancing where we have been making circles, lines, zig-zags, up and down and across movements on a large scale to music. We have also had lots of opportunities to explore play dough, gloop and foam, threading and mark making on a small and large scale to develop our fine motor skills. In the writing area, we have been mark making linked to our weekly themes and some of us have been learning to write our names to go on our pictures.
