Handwriting Heroes

We have been working really hard to develop the quality of our handwriting in our school books. To do this we have been working on implementing a new approach to handwriting. Classes really enjoy time within the school week to practice their skills and ensure their letter formation is legible and accurate. To raise the profile of this throughout school, we use initiatives such as Handwriting Heroes to encourage our children. Certificates can be handed out for those children who are consistently making improvements in their handwriting, as well as working being displayed in classrooms to show the pride taken in children's work.
