Feel Good Friday is back!

Following the success of last year’s ‘Feel Good Fridays’, we will be continuing with this fortnightly event as of next week (see dates below).
 
Taking the current weather into consideration and the need for ventilation around school, we would advise that children come dressed appropriately in something warm, for example sports jogging bottoms and a sports jumper.
 
During ‘Feel Good Friday’, all year groups will engage in some form of physical activity throughout the day, whether it be the Daily Mile or another sporting activity in class.
 
For the classes completing the daily mile, Mr Smith will be marking out the route for the children, the idea being that the children run, jog, walk and keep moving during their allocated time. Staff will be joining in also, encouraging lots of sports discussion and language during the mile.
 
The dates in which ‘Feel Good Friday’ will run are:
September - 24th
October - 8th, 22nd
November - 12th, 26th
December - 10th
January - 7th, 21st
February - 4th, 18th
March - 4th, 18th
April - 1st
May - 6th, 20th
June - 10th, 24th
July - 8th
