PE at home

Hi Park Street,

We hope you're all well and enjoying your learning this half term (whether that's through Seesaw or in school). We have heard LOADs of amazing things that you're up to so keep up the hard work. We're all very proud of you for the commitment and resilience you are showing.

Mr Smith has been working on some great activities for staying active at home, whether that's during your PE sessions or at a weekend. He has asked us to share his ideas with you so we have attached a little presentation below.

As Mr Smith does not know what equipment you have at home, he has tried to keep this to a minimum and it may be that if you can't find the exact equipment, you might have an alternative you could you instead.

Keep active, keep healthy, keep working hard and as always, stay safe.
