Our Reading Leaders for 2023-24 have all now been elected to their new roles for this year!
We have met and have decided on a few challeneges we would like to introduce this half term! They would like to hold a 'Diary Day' in school where each member of staff in each team adds up how many children read the previous night and the winning team gets a bundle of books for their library! This will be held shortly! The Reading Leaders also want to launch their 'Extreme Read' challenege and the winners will be the children reading and enjoying their books in the most extreme of places - good luck Park Street!

Look at our wonderful nursery children enjoying books throughout their provision. Today we celebrated Roald Dahl day in school. Each class chose a book, rhyme or extract by the author to share during their class story time. Team AC found out lots of information about the author and enjoyed the story of "The Enormous Crocodile." Read the document below to find out what else they got up to:
