Maths
This week in maths Team have transformed into times table wizards! We have been focusing our learning on the 2,5 and 10 times tables. To begin with, we looked at making groups of 2's, 5's and 10's practically to understand how to count in multiples. From this, we were able to write down the calculation as we understood the meaning of it. As our learning progressed, we moved into using our fingers to help us count and even added in some songs to remind us :). Team JF you are all AMAZING! Literacy This week in literacy Team JF have blown me away with their outstanding vocabulary! We have been worked incredibly hard to plan our writing of the description of the wolf from Red Riding Hood. The children have started gathering some phenomenal adjectives to use in their writing to describe the wolf's appearance, movements and attitude. The children have done so well this week and I am very proud of their efforts and attitude to learning this week. Keep up the amazing work!
