Roald Dahl's Birthday!

Did you know that today marks Roald Dahl's birthday - he would have been 106! Through school we have been celebrating this special event in different ways. In some classes, children have been creating their own stories based on the style of Roald Dahl, in other classes they have been creating a biography of who Roald Dahl was and what he achieved in his life. In our assembly, we read some of Roald Dahl's work to appreciate his brilliant mind! Whatever way you have spent the day, we are sure you will appreciate that the world of children's literature would look very different without the classics Roald Dahl created, often in his shed at home!
