Maths

Throughout our maths lessons this week, we have focused on simplifying fractions, multiplying fractions by a whole and finding fractions of amounts. We have worked extremely hard to get through all this in one week but have now finished our unit of work on fractions, just in time for residential next week. We had the opportunity to consolidate our learning and demonstrate what knowledge we have retained through a game of Kahoot.

Literacy

This week, we have really got into our class reader 'Who Let the Gods Out'. We have read several chapters of the book and completed various comprehension activities based on our reading. It has been great to get to know the characters a little bit more and we cannot wait to read the next part of the book. Some of us have already begun to question whether Elliot is actually a God in disguise.
